I thought that was a good, if ultimately unfruitful, thing, even with Trump's suck up to Lil' Kim in the press conference. Some Arab countries recognizing Israel? I guess that's fine if ultimately pretty inconsequential; most of the Arab league still does not, but baby steps are ok. I don't recall China or Europe "bending the knee."

But I do recall Trump's shameful sucking up to Putin and any other dictator who would give him the time of day. I do recall his efforts to undermine NATO. But even with that I don't blame Trump, or Biden, for Putin's actions in Ukraine. Those are on Putin alone. I do have no doubt that Trump would have been unable, perhaps even unwilling, to coordinate a NATO response. But we'll never know. Thankfully.
