I couldn't find any other source for those big donations to McConnell et al with a quick google search(maybe it's out there somewhere). I suspect they are on the take simply from their behavior and records. Sprinkling a little money to the dems would be a good way to avoid that scrutiny. I'm always suspicious of big money connections to our politicians. But I would like to see more meticulous investigative reporting than just some opinion piece with no corroborating evidence.
