War...

The colonist shouldn't receive aid because:
- Most of the colonists speak English
- A big percentage of colonists still wanted to be part of English
- The revolution was just stirred up by a small percentage of corrupted elites who wants to protect their wealth.
- Washington and many of the Patriots were evil men who own slaves.
- Washington was an unhonorable man utilized spies and unconventional warfare.
- Many atrocities were done to the Loyalists by the Patriots.
- It is something happening way off.

Although French government did essentially bankrupt itself by supporting the US revolution, so maybe the Putin apologists do have a point...
