As long as they're not denying him service because he's black. If they

could demonstrate that it's because they disagree with his views (i.e. they deny service to ALL republicans), then I think they're fine. I think it would be stupid of the restaurant to do so, and they would certainly be treading on dangerous ground and opening themselves up to both bad publicity and unnecessary legal fees, I don't think it would violate anyone's rights.

Taking refusal of service for beliefs to an extreme, could a jewish restaurant refuse to serve a Trumper wearing a 6MWE or Camp Auschwitz shirt?
