No he's not. He has c-list celebrity cache that he tried to use


for victimhood points and get better roles. It would have worked given the initial democrat responses because they are idiots. But he was too inept to pull off the caper.

The victim SJW status got the case dropped initially, not wealth.

The same status is letting him to seemingly not have to go to actual prison despite a conviction of jail time.
