Do you understand how the severe drop in drilling in 2019 and 2020 means there are hundreds of new wells that would ordinarily be pumping oil are not because drilling was put on the shelf? Exactly what in the perverted Conned brain three cells was Joe supposed to do to get people to drill fo $30 oil in 2019 and 2020?
