There’s so many lines in the speech missing, he is clearly confused. It’s sad really. Sure he was a fine a guy, he served our country for a long time but he can’t be president anymore. Can we really rely on him to lead our country? Yes the last guy was awful but we now have someone who’s only slightly better for the next few years. We need a Republican Congress to ensure that he doesn’t do anything insane in his last two years in office.
