...protecting property. He wasn't attacking anybody or trying to bring anybody to justice on his own. No evidence whatsoever was presented at trial contradicting these facts.

It was Rittenhouse who was attacked, and only then did he act in self-defense, not vigilantism. The obvious proof of that is he only shot the people who attacked him. Had he been interested in vigilante justice, he would have shot any number of other criminals there that night.

But let's talk about actual justice. The guy he shot and wounded is guilty -- by his own admission under oath -- of assault with a deadly weapon, illegal concealed carry, illegal possession and potentially attempted murder. Where is the justice in his case? Why has he not been brought up on charges? These politically motivated prosecutions are a huge part of the problem.
