I have been watching this trial, nd that is not what happened. The Asst DA sent a different file. It was named something different that the 11MB file they sent to the crime lab. This video was the lynchpin that allowed the provocation article in the jury instructions.
I am not one of those gun nuts and have no dog in the fight, but this a major issue. It was an issue admitting this evidence after trial began from a questionable source. There have been other major violations in this case by the prosecution.
There is another rumor that the man known as "jump kick man" tried to negotiate with the Kenosha Da office for a lighter sentence and the DA denied it. The DA stated in this case they could not ID the man and one of the charges is attempting to kill him. Lots of bad stuff going on with the prosecution. Jump kick man was apparently giving interviews yesterday to radio people telling his story.
