Chicago is doing just wonderfully right now in every respect. Crime is among the lowest any major city in any country has ever seen and educational achievement in the public school system rivals levels achieved in Singapore, South Korea, and Finland. Relations with the business community and with the police are stellar. The media loves open access and forthright answers. Everyone is optimistic. Tax and pension situation is AAA rated Chicago Bears can't wait to renew lease on Soldier Field.
