So they're actively engaging in it, not teaching the "theory"


Your angle is a common one...CRT is sometimes taught in college given the complexity of the theory, but not in k12 ed...no shit. So they're not teaching, they're just simply engaging in it.
Be better RQ...c'mon. One of the arms of CRT is activism. That's not me saying it, that's the founding scholars. What we see in that lawsuit is about as obvious as it gets. In fact, the binary racist/anti racist is right out of the CRT seminal readings.
How could you (or anyone for that matter...) possibly defend the school's actions on this?
