They do it legally with gerrymandering and voter supression.


Does it make sense that the victor of the popular vote by 7 million+ votes should see their seats reduced in the HOR? I know not everyone votes a straight party line ticket but that is a big disparity and should raise questions. I'd wager that more votes were cast for congressional Ds overall yet they will lose seats when it is all concluded due to '"surgical" precision of districts designed to favor Rs.
