A felony for "failure to disperse"? These Louisville cops keep stepping


on their dicks. What a PR disaster. If they don't have video of her tossing a Molotov Cocktail, they done screwed the pooch again.

The only Black legislator in the state of Kentucky. Way to go, LMPD!
