I think this down movement comes from having a stimulus

baked in that didn't materialize.

The movement up came from the expectation that another stimulus would be forthcoming.

Had we not dumped $3.3T into Wall Street we probably be looking at a DOW just north of 20,000 today.

Free markets had a good run.
