Renting 5,000 sq ft of office space in the tightest office market in the country (95% OR in 2019)...in a Vornado building in which DJT is a minority investor. You realize QIA is providing zero incremental income here right? Class A office space is almost impossible to find in SF...Vornado could lease that space at the same rate to somebody else in probably hours...

QIA runs something like $150 BB in assets, if they wanted to “buy” Trump, I’m guessing they could find something more meaningful than this penny ante stuff.

Plenty to criticize Trump over, but I’ll file this in the same bin as the “Trump is trying to benefit financially off HCQ because he owns mutual funds that have drug company holdings” nonsense...
