And you certainly should discourage any voter intimidation on behalf of the driver or potential filtering of passengers. My example was more that you shouldn't create a situation where someone charters transportation that will only pick up voters from areas where the voting population is predominantly one party vs. the other and the organizers have ties to that party.

Uber discounts are less of a concern in my opinion. I am thinking more about donors chartering buses that will service only specific areas or organizations that serve their constituents, and then have that service exclude other interested parties.

It's a stretch either way you look at it, and I realize that is something you really can't control. But to that point, what I described above is exactly what opponents to the law claim won't happen.
