I think its pretty apparent over the last 9 months that while she is

seen as a darling by some in the Democratic Party, she doesn't have anywhere near the clout that she's often made out to have, and certainly lacks the influence to pull off any major policy shift. In short, she's a junior version of Warren. She has her fan club, but can't do much other than give speeches. Simply doesn't control enough votes to set policy.
