As for The Atlantic story, we can't be certain it's 100% accurate. However, parts of the story have already been verified by other platforms. Furthermore, we already heard Trump imply a captured soldier is a failure/loser. Why should we give Trump who lies 24/7, the benefit of the doubt?

If Trump never said it, I'd like to hear him acknowledge John McCain was an American hero ... though not perfect, served his country honorably.
