We need mass testing everywhere. And we need testing to be quick. Getting tested and finding out the results a week later isn't great. Waiting in line for hours to get tested isn't great. The way to open up is to test and isolate positive cases, and contract trace all known contacts of people who have tested positive. Every country that has gotten this under control has figured this out. We've known this is the solution since March. It's been 4 months. Trump has failed so badly, and he still doesn't know what he's doing.
