In the Census case SCOTUS said you need to provide a valid reason

The Trump Administration didn’t in that case, so it lost. SCOTUS ruled Trump’s order didn’t follow the law.

So what did Trump do? Repeated the exact same fucking mistake. If they had an ounce of competence, DACA would be gone. All they had to do was provide a reason to get rid of it. They didn’t. This is 100% on Trump’s incompetence.
