It has renewed relevance today, given the continued trend toward concentration of wealth and the social unrest we are going through.

The point being made about cycles of prosperity and poverty among the working class population seems quite valid to me and aligns with other interesting long-cycle analyses I've read.

By pushing concentration of wealth to the limit, the top few percent may have created the conditions for a major reversal.
