I was not a believer in the Russian collusion theories, but I will also go on record saying I don't believe the FBI and DOJ broke the law in looking into it. I believe they were following the evidence where it led them. And I believe there is an excellent chance that if Trump had strapped on a pair and dealt with the existence of the investigation, there never would have been a special prosecutor, it always would have remained mostly about counter-intel, and we'd be in a better place when it comes to preventing foreign election interference going forward.
