Why wouldn't he?


One of Congress' key reponsibilities is to exercise its powers of oversight. If Mueller's presence is useful to that process, he should be compelled to comply. The same applies to Barr, McGahm and any other administration or former administration official. They are all free to plead the fifth of course.
