People always talk about how men can't/shouldn't make these types
of decisions, and I disagree... while the optics are bad, if women don't want men to make these types of decisions, they should vote more women into office.
The bigger issue to me than men making decisions over a woman's reproductive rights is ANYONE making a religious based decision over a woman's reproductive rights. The basis for all of these laws is the belief that God creates life at inception and forcing that belief on others. There's little difference between this and the Taliban deciding that women should be forced to wear the hijab because a ~1,500 year old book says so
