It appears that there are not only numerous examples of obstruction on the part of the administration/president, according to the Mueller Report, but also some degree of culpability with members of Congress and Trump's lawyer.
Lock 'em up Flynn has given some compelling testimony on the matter, which had been part of the redactions of the report initially released by AG Barr.
It would now seem that folks on Capitol Hill and in the White House had mutual interests in stonewalling on the report and keeping it from the light of day.
