I am curious...I recently drove by the Dutch Gap power plant operated by


Dominion Energy (about 10 miles or so south of Richmond). The coal laden train cars were backed up for a mile waiting to be unloaded at the plant. Surprised that Dominion would use that much coal if it was a money loser...but maybe they do. I will defer to smarter folks than myself.
