This is long overdue.


As to point #1, will the donor list be limited to PACs or will individuals be named?

As to point #2, this can be expanded even more.

As to point #3, the more voters the better. I would like to see how "partisan gerrymandering" is going to be defined beyond "what the other party did". It would appear this issue is like beauty, it is in the eye of the beholder.
