I only have a problem with his trying to negotiate without the government.


W blew Afghanistan by going into Iraq, otherwise we probably could have been out of there before Obama came in. Obama wanted to get out but didn’t for a variety of reasons, including not wanting to be viewed as having “lost” Afghanistan.

It started as a “good” war and has gone on and on. It’s only going to end with a negotiated settlement that all sides can live with.
