True. The biggest missing element of our Covid response has been testing.

However as far as I can see, unexplained reactions among fully vaccinated people are being tracked and investigated. Lord knows any instance of suspected side effects is being tracked and in some instances sensationalized - a very few cases in Europe led to suspension of vaccinations early on in the effort. It was determined to be an overreaction, which seems vindicated by the fact there has been no rash of post vaccine illnesses and deaths in the months since.

Just a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory that they must be happening, and we’ll all find out about it later. What we do know from extensive data is the difference in infection, hospitalization, and death rates between heavily vaxxed and lightly vaxxed areas. Right down to the county level.
