I think the Ds are going to take a massive hit next year

with the infighting, the inability to get anything done on BBB, general incompetence, a vocal fringe element that won't shut up about things most Americans don't agree with - they probably deserve it. Combine that with a general inability to deliver messages that resonate (or even claim credit for what they have managed to do...), it is a recipe for disaster.

That said, I'll be keeping an eye on GA. I've always thought efforts to suppress the vote in future elections would be a loser long-term, but it does provide Abrams with a tool to galvanize voters now. Donald Trump is the only reason Warnock won last year... If his candidate gets the nod and he shows up spewing his bullshit, I wouldn't bet against it happening again. Hard to Dems to run against Trump when he's not there (just ask Slick Terry).
