Right. The stronger dose probably triggers a stronger immune response

which increases the risk of myocarditis in young males. But the risk of myocarditis from Covid itself is still 5-6x higher than the risk from the immune response triggered by the vaccine. So if you care about data, you'd still have young people get vaccinated, but it makes sense to have young males go with PFE instead of Moderna. How again is that going to cause PFE to not try to improve the vaccine. They have ~70% marketshare. If moderna develops a better vaccine... or JNJ... or AZN, PFE will lose marketshare. Just like with any other drug or treatment.
