The terms that get thrown around are tailor-made to generate eyerolls. The broader notion generally has some truth to it (minorities and women experience the work environment differently than white men), but you won't win any converts on policy changes by using language like microaggression, white privilege, and systemic racism. When it comes up, I try to argue for actual practical incremental changes by translating from woke-ese into language that usually generates a broadly positive consensus.
