I guess that’ll be up to the U - whether they settle or fight it in court.


So, I’d never declare the U liable without getting their day in court, if they think that more cost effective than settling.

Problem is, given the current state of academia in America, the alleged a-hole’s account is believable. Academia should be the nation’s safe haven for speech, but too often it seems to be trying to be a safe space from speech (that doesn’t conform).
